Privacy policy.

Last revised: August 18, 2026

WIGO is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us, and to help you make informed decisions when using our Service.

‍ ‍

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Privacy Policy:‍

  • "Site" refers to our website at knowwigo.com, including its subdomains.

  • "Service" refers to the WIGO campaign visibility service accessed via the Site, where users connect their existing creative and advertising systems to see deployed campaign assets in a single live view.

  • "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to WIGO.

  • "You" refers to you, as a user of our Site or Service.

‍By accessing our Site or Service, you accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, and you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your information as described here.

2. Information we collect‍ ‍

We collect Non-Personal Information and Personal Information.

  • Non-Personal Information includes data that does not personally identify you — usage data, browser type, referring URLs, device and platform, preferences, and interaction events such as page views and clicks.

  • Personal Information includes your email address, name, company, job title, and any other identifying information you voluntarily submit when you join the waitlist, register for the Service, or contact us for support.

We also collect technical information automatically, including the referring URL, browser type, device type, IP address, and date and time of access.

3. Early access and the waitlist‍ ‍

WIGO is in early access. To join the waitlist, you only need to submit your email address; you may optionally tell us your name, company, and role so we can understand who is asking for access.

We use waitlist information to evaluate and prioritize access, to send you updates about the product and your place in line, and to contact you when access opens. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@knowwigo.com or using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.‍ ‍

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Administer user accounts and keep you signed in

  • Protect the platform against unauthorized use

  • Measure engagement and improve performance

  • Understand which marketing efforts bring people to the Site ‍

We use both session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the Site or Service may not function properly if you do.‍ ‍

5. Account registration

To use the Service, you create a user profile by providing an email address and a password, and you may provide a name and organization. By registering, you authorize us to collect, store, and use this information under the legal bases described below.

6. Data from connected sources ‍

WIGO works by connecting to systems where your creative and campaign data already lives — for example your digital asset manager, cloud storage such as Google Drive, and advertising platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.

You control what we connect to. We access a connected source only after you authorize it, and only to the extent of the permissions you grant. You can disconnect a source at any time from within the Service, which stops any further access.

When you connect a source, we may access and store:

  • Authentication tokens issued by that provider, stored in encrypted form

  • Metadata about your creative assets — file names, thumbnails, formats, sizes, campaign and placement names, publication dates, and status

  • Account and workspace identifiers needed to keep assets associated with the right source

We use this information solely to provide the Service to you and your organization: to build and maintain your campaign visibility view, to keep it current, and to support and troubleshoot your account. We do not sell this data, and we do not use the contents of your connected sources to train third-party models or for advertising.

Your connected-source data is available to members of your organization's WIGO workspace as configured by your workspace administrator. If your employer provides WIGO to you, your administrator may access and manage the workspace, including its content.

7. Legal bases for processing

We process your personal data only when we have a valid legal basis under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. These include:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service, including onboarding, support, and billing

  • Consent — when you have opted into marketing communications or non-essential cookies

  • Legal obligation — when we must retain billing or tax records

  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Service in ways that do not override your privacy rights

8. Children under 13

The Site and Service are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected information from someone under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Please contact hello@knowwigo.com if you believe this has occurred.

9. How we use information

Personal Information ‍

We use Personal Information to: ‍

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service

  • Communicate with users about their account and access

  • Provide customer support

  • Improve our products and services

  • Send marketing communications, if you have opted in

We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personal Information for marketing purposes.

Non-Personal Information

We use Non-Personal Information to improve the Site and Service, customize the user experience, and analyze usage trends in aggregate. This information may be shared with partners in aggregate, non-identifiable form.

10. Sharing and disclosure ‍

We may share your information with vendors who perform services on our behalf — for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — under confidentiality obligations that limit their use of the data to providing those services to us.

We may also disclose your information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of WIGO, our users, or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your Personal Information.

11. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal and regulatory compliance. Our standard retention periods are:

  • Waitlist records — retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you

  • Customer account data — retained while the account is active and deleted within 24 months of closure or inactivity

  • Connected-source data — deleted within 90 days of disconnecting the source or closing the account

  • Billing and invoicing data — retained for 7 years

  • Support tickets and chat logs — retained for up to 2 years

  • Marketing preferences and consent records — retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see your rights below.

12. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and secure password hashing. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

13. UK and EEA rights

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your personal data

  • Rectify — correct inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Erase — request deletion of your data, under certain conditions

  • Restrict — limit processing in specific circumstances

  • Port — obtain and reuse your data elsewhere

  • Object — to processing based on legitimate interests, or to direct marketing

  • Withdraw consent — at any time, where consent is the legal basis

  • Not be subject to automated decision-making that significantly affects you

To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@knowwigo.com. We respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

14. US state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or a copy of it, to request correction or deletion, and to appeal a denial of any of these requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, contact hello@knowwigo.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

15. Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in the footer of any message or by contacting hello@knowwigo.com. We may still send non-promotional messages, such as policy updates and account-related notices.

16. Third-party links ‍

Our Site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. This policy applies only to data collected through our Site and Service.

17. International transfers

If you are in the UK or EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. When we do so, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant supervisory authorities, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable.

18. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Significant changes take effect 30 days after posting. Non-material changes are effective immediately. Please check this page periodically.

19. Contact us
